Funny you should ask about journaling in the Write section of today's article because that's what my post is about today. I've kept a work journal for the past five years and it's been an indispensable tool for keeping me accountable to my goals. Great post as always!
I look forward to reading your post Cory. I've kept a daily journal for the past few years, but I don't think I have been maximizing its potential (or my own) I'm off to a good start this year. For me the value has been in doing an evening review and evaluation.
If I might be so bold to add one more quote to your list, one of my all-time favorites:
"Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face." - Mike Tyson
May you always be bold Michael! That is a great quote, and it is absolutely applicable here. Thanks!
Been a while since I've been punched in the mouth. My six-year-old asked to take boxing lessons. Maybe I'll join! Thanks, as ever, John.
I think boxing is phenominal for children. There are so many associated skills that they learn. I wish I had gotten into it at a young age.

Thanks. Review and evaluation is critical so you're spot on.
