That bit made me think of another five minute rule. That is, when there's something you don't feel like doing (a workout, a specific chore, even a task at work), force yourself to do it for five minutes. 99x out of 100, you keep going.
I’ve been strolling with a project of mine recently. Month after month I have feel as though my time is escaping and I may never finish this. I think I need to continue this reminder that’s says “ you’ve already started.” Is going to be alright. Thank you for this post!
While the entire post resonates…greatly…the line that pierced my lazy veil still echoes…
“Five minutes of something is better than zero minutes of nothing.”
Thanks, as always.
Thanks for your comments, Stan. I appreciate your support!

Exactly!
Love it! And spot on.
As always, seemingly just the medicine I need when I need it. Thank you

Thank you for this post, John. I needed exactly this right now. I enjoy reading your offerings each week, keep it up!
Thanks for reading Don! Hope you are doing well buddy.
Adding noise to my future reading list ideas right now!
I would also check out his first book, Brief. It is about communicating more by saying less.
